Our mission is to celebrate the intersections of culture, community, and the histories and traditions of Mexican foodways, while centering the massive and indelible contributions to this country’s cuisine by people who are all too often are left out of the story.

With ten thousand years of culinary traditions, countless distinctly regional cuisines, and a modern dining scene that lists its restaurants among the best in the world, Mexico is the destination for people who travel to eat. And whether it’s celebrating the family recipes passed down from one generation to the next at the street food stands we visit, or our special collaborations with Mexico’s most renowned chefs, Club Tengo Hambre highlights the very best regional food in Baja California, Mexico City, and Oaxaca.
