We’ll start the evening off with a visit to Loup Bar, Mexico City’s only natural wine bar, for a tasting of six natural wines from Mexico and beyond.
Gaetan Rousset, Loup’s proprietor and a natural wine importer, along with Alonso Maldonado Cervantes of Bichi Wines in Tecate, Mexico, will be pouring some of their favorite wines + talking about the natural wine movement.
After the tasting, we’ll head to Enrique Olvera’s Pujol—the number 20 spot on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list—for his taco omakase with pairings.
