WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. ALL BOOKINGS AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

It is each individual participant’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions of Club Tengo Hambre prior to submitting the signed Waiver and Release of Liability Form.

I agree that Club Tengo Hambre, their employees, owners, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, do not own or operate any entity which provides, or is to provide, goods and services for my tour, including food services providers, food and produce suppliers. As a result, Club Tengo Hambre, is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of such third person, or of any other third party.

In addition, I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the tour designated on this application. I do so with the knowledge of the risks and dangers involved, including but not limited to:

  1. negligence in the conduct or arrangement of this trip in any respect from inception to completion;

  2. physical exertion for which I am not prepared;

  3. forces of nature;

  4. transportation failures whether by car, boat, by foot, or by any other conveyance;

  5. consumption of alcoholic beverages;

  6. risks associated with food or impure water;

  7. civil unrest; terrorism;

  8. criminal activity;

  9. accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies or services;

  10. the adequacy of medical attention once provided;

  11. damaged, stolen, lost, or misplaced property.

I HEREBY AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN WELFARE AND PROPERTIES AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF DELAY, UNANTICIPATED EVENTS, INCONVENIENCE, ILLNESS, INJURY, EMOTIONAL TRAUMA OR DEATH. 

I acknowledge that participation in Club Tengo Hambre tours is based upon my execution of this Liability Waiver. I hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE CLUB TENGO HAMBRE FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally, all members of my family, and all minors traveling with me, my and their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, it being my attention to fully assume all the risks associated with this trip and release Club Tengo Hambre from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent of the law.


Animals on our outings

Unfortunately, non-service animals are not allowed at the places we visit in Mexico City, Baja California or Oaxaca.

We respect the policies of families we collaborate with and do not allow non-service animals at their establishments

Refund and Cancelation Policy

ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO-SHOWS:

Refunds are not provided for missed services. Club Tengo Hambre does not offer refunds for those who purchase prepaid reservations but cannot attend or are ‘no-shows’.

TRANSFER YOUR RESERVATION:

Prepaid reservations for our outings are transferable only for the same day they were booked. If you wish to transfer your reservation, please send a written request from the guest who submitted the original reservation to hola@clubtengohambre.com with adequate notice before the start of the activity.

LATE ARRIVAL:

Understand that punctuality is important. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals due to traffic or other reasons. Our posted meeting and departure times are strictly adhered to. Prepaid reservations cannot be transferred to future outings if you are unable to arrive on time.

Private Bookings Refund and Cancelation Policy

All private outings ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Reschedules for a later date may be available. See below for our rescheduling criteria.

RESCHEDULES

If you are unable to make it to your booked private outing, a one-time reschedule may be available if the date is open in our calendar.

Private booking reschedule requests made within:

  • 30 days or more from a scheduled outing can be switched for a different available date

  • 30 days or less from a scheduled outing are unable to be switched for a different date

Please consult date availability first to secure your new date. All reschedules need to be made in writing and confirmed by the Club Tengo Hambre team by email.

PARTY SIZE CHANGES:

  • The party size must be finalized via email 48 hours before the start of a private outing.
