Details about the position
Guide guests through culinary tours of Tijuana, Valle de Guadalupe, and Ensenada
Ensure hospitality-grade experiences
Monitor the well-being of guests during activities
Engage in logistical operations (confirm reservations with culinary partners, communicate with drivers, etc.)
Cooperate in internal conversations with the leadership team
Provide financial details at the end of each outing
Qualifications
Punctuality
Open availability Thursday—Sunday
English/Spanish proficiency
Passport/Visa to meet in the USA and walk guests into Mexico (+ if a candidate possesses SENTRI/Global Entry)
Based around Tijuana/San Diego
Requirements
Personable and enthusiastic character
Strong and clear communication skills
Able to respond swiftly to guests’ needs and energy
Knowledge of a local (cultural and culinary)
Great eye for photo submissions for use in our Social Media
Advanced knowledge of Mexican food culture
